Taiko Incentives Program
Taiko
At the end of November 2024, Taiko became the first chain to utilize Curve-Lite, Curve’s express deployment of a full DEX instance. This step enabled the permissionless deployment of Curve liquidity pools on Taiko.
Since then, liquidity pools on Curve have attracted nearly one million dollars in TVL, despite the absence of any form of incentives. To capitalize on the monumental opportunity of unlocking and capturing an emerging market within the rollup-based DeFi ecosystem, the Taiko team has decided to provide strategic incentives to attract and retain more users.

Incentive Program
Taiko launches the incentives program with an initial of $50,000 in $TAIKO upon deployment. An additional $50,000 in $TAIKO will unlock at progressive TVL milestones, starting at $8M and continuing at $15M, $22M, $30M, $35M, $42M, $50M, $55M, and $60M. Depending on the achieved milestones the reward incentives program will run for 16 weeks.
Curve has developed an infrastructure to enable the permissionless distribution of rewards. Over the first two weeks, $TAIKO rewards will gradually scale and are expected to reach a steady amount after approximately three weeks.
Incentives are available to users who add liquidity to the pools listed below and stake their LP tokens in the corresponding gauge. This can be done in a single step by using the “Deposit & Stake” tab directly on the Curve UI.

How to Bridge to Taiko
Bridging assets from Ethereum to Taiko is possible through the official bridge. This bridge supports all assets that are eligible for the incentivized liquidity pools.
Bridging to Taiko takes approximately 15 minutes, while bridging back takes around 4 hours instead of the standard 7 days, thanks to the use of zero-knowledge proofs.
